To store sourdough: keep it at room temperature in a breathable cloth bag or bread box for few days, (1-3 days) for longer storage, slice and tightly wrap it (with parchment paper between slices in foil or freezer bags and freeze for up to 3 months. Sprinkle with water and heat in the oven at 375 f for 3 to 5 mins. Approximate weight: 700 gr.
